The following table provides an outline of the sort of areas and details that an operator should consider including in a LPGMS Operations Manual to provide all the information and instructions necessary to enable the operating staff to perform their duties safely and effectively. The template is not exhaustive and may be adjusted as necessary to suit the particular arrangements of an individual operator.
Dashboard contains six menus
Firstly Godown keeper has to select product & then system will show available stock of that product , After selection of deliveryman system will show his trip , weather single or return. Trip will auto increment once return trip entered into system.
By selecting product user will get available stock of selected product. Then , selecting deliveryman man system will show deliveryman credit cylinder count. Then user has to select Out or In tab, According to tab, user will get screen. Full Cylinder entered by user are linked with commercial sale app.
On Dashboard user will see Stock Menu , By clicking on that system will show Stock Details.
