INTRODUCTION:

The following table provides an outline of the sort of areas and details that an operator should consider including in a GRAHAK SAMPARK Operations Manual to provide all the information and instructions necessary to enable the operating staff to perform their duties safely and effectively. The template is not exhaustive and may be adjusted as necessary to suit the particular arrangements of an individual operator.

DASHBOARD:

Dashboard contains three menus

  • Call to Consumer
  • Scheduled Call
  • Report

CALL TO CONSUMER:

System shows list of consumer for calling. System shows pending call’s count and last called number. System allows user to search consumer by using Consumer Name, Mobile Number & Consumer Number.

How to call ?

  • Click on displayed number or phone icon
  • System will ask for confirmation
  • Call generated

How to save records ?

  • Click on the list item
  • Dialog box appears > System will show name & consumer number
  • Select reason from dropdown
  • Enter additional reason (optional)
  • Click on SAVE button.

How to set remainder call ?

  • Click on clock icon on right side of list item
  • Select date & time by clicking on Calendar icon
  • Set remainder call reason (optional)
  • Click on save button.

REPORT:

CALLING REPORT: System allows user to get report.

How to get Report ?

  • Select from & to date from calendar
  • Click on GET REPORT button
  • System will show list of attempted call.
  • User can Search consumer from list by entering consumer name, consumer number & mobile number.

SUMMARY REPORT: System allows user to get summary report.

How to get Summary Report ?

  • Select summary report from menu in calling report.
  • System will show todays summary of all calls.
  • User can also share this report
